Rose Water and Witch Hazel Toner

Ingredients:

Rose water concentrate, purified water, witch hazel, glycerin. No alcohol.

No Fragrance.

Uses:

Acts as a natural astringent. Helps reduce acne, removes excess oil from skin and shrinks pores. Helps fade  discoloration. Reduces rosacea, redness and inflammation. Balances skin PH. Softens skin making it supple to touch.

Directions:

After cleansing, spray on cotton pad and rub face and neck area gently. Use twice daily.

Treats all skin types.
